2024 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER)

Sarasota County is preparing their annual Federal FY2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) which summarizes the accomplishments of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program for the year ending September 30, 2025. 

The draft copy of the CAPER is prepared for public comment. The draft CAPER is available below. Please email comments to CAPERPublicComments@scgov.net or drop off written comments to the Housing Enhancement and Redevelopment Office at 4510 Fruitville Rd, Sarasota, FL 34232. Hard copies may be available upon request by contacting HERO through the aforementioned email. All comments on the FY2024 CAPER are due no later than 5:00PM on December 29th, 2025.
